RETURNS

If you are not happy with your new Mercury, there is any problem with the scale, or you just need to return your new instrument because any case, it must be done within seven (7) days form the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, as they arrived to you. Just contact us to proceed the best way possible. Shipping costs and additional fees will be customer’s responsibility.

RETURN PROCESS

To return a Mercury, please email us at info@mercuryhandpans.com to obtain more information about how to proceed, placing the instrument securely in its original packaging and sending back to us.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the instrument, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
