There are several ways to do it. You can go to check if your desired Mercury is Available for immediate purchase. If not, you can Pre-Order it. But if you don’t find your desired scale, you can place a Custom Order or just send us an email with your specific wishes and we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

You can place your order directly on our website and you will be able to make the payment via Bank Transfer (you will receive the needed information once the order is placed), Credit Card or PayPal.

Our instruments go through several stability tests to insure that they will stay in tune for a long time. If your Mercury is properly used and you follow a basic care routine, it should last forever. Minor adjustments on tuning may be required every 1-2 years.
The instruments purchased directly from us will be retuned for free if needed during the first 2 years in case it gets out of tune naturally. This does not apply to handpans that went out of tune while non-intended use, e.g. for dropped instruments.
If your instrument is damaged, it can usually be repaired. In this cade, there will be an extra cost for it. Shipping costs and additional fees will be customer’s responsibility.

If you are not happy with your new Mercury, there is any problem with the scale, or you just need to return your new instrument because any case, it must be done within seven (7) days form the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, as they arrived to you. Just contact us to proceed the best way possible. Shipping costs and additional fees will be customer’s responsibility.
